Pizza with Savoy cabbage and mushrooms

Pizza doesn’t have to be greasy and unhealthy.
I mixed some mushrooms at the supermarket and had the idea it would be fun to mix it up with some cabbage, garlic and tomato sauce.

Ingredients:
Filling for 3 pizzas
5-7 Savoy cabbage leaves (cut into stripes)
400 ml fleet tomatoes
2 fat garlic
3 fat garlic
Olive oil
1 onion
A bowl of mixed mushrooms (depending on how many you’d like)
Salt and pepper
A bowl of spinach
4 Blume tomatoes

I made a dough via the recipe on the package of Schäf bread-mix B.

Start by turning on the oven on full heat.

Start making the filling by chopping what needs to e chopped: 3 garlics, onion, cabbage, spinach, mushrooms. Heat up some oil on a pan and add the garlic. Fry until golden then add some salt and pepper and be generous. Then add the mushrooms and cook until they’re soft and then add the spinach and cabbage. Taste for salt and pepper and shut off the stove.

For the tomato sauce pour the fleeted tomatoes into a bow, chop 2 fat garlics and add to bowl with some olive oil and salt and pepper.

Decorate your dough by layering the filling: first tomato sauce then cabbage-filling, then slices of onion and then slices fresh tomatoes.

Insert the pizza in the pre warmed oven, and remember to keep an eye on it!

When it looks done turn off the oven and place on a plate. Bon appetit.
