Banana pancakes with blue poppy seeds

An awesome, delicious breakfast that’s so simple and easy to make.

Ingredients:
(as shown on picture)
1 banana, blended
1 egg
20g gluten-free flour (etc. rice or buckwheat flour as I used)
1 tbsp cinnamon
Salt
Blue poppy seeds after taste (I used about 5-10g)

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Heat up a pan on full heat. I don’t use any grease while cooking them, but you can use butter, coconut oil or olive oil.

Serve the pancakes with syrup, honey or what you like. They taste amazing with some fresh berries; blueberries, raspberries etc.

I served with some acacia honey and apple syrup because I like the combination of sour and sweet.
