I made this cake for snack/desserts. I love it and it’s a good, healthy way of eating something delicious and sweet.
1 dl almonds
1/2 dl cacao powder
1 tspn coconut oil
1 dl cacao powder
300 g date pure
1/2 tspn acacia honey
1 1/2 tspn coconut oil
Serves with soy yoghurt with vanilla flavor.
Start blending the almonds to flour. Mix the flour, salt, coconut oil and cacao powder and knead it to a firm dough.
Find a form with measurement 15 cm. If you don’t have a form that small use a deep plate like I did with some film underneath. Press the crust harsh in the form.
The filling/topping is made by mixing all the ingredients together and knead it so it’s all blended together.
Press it onto the crust, and press it firmly till it has a smooth surface.
Serve with soy yoghurt with vanilla so it get some sweet to it’s bitterness.
Serve and enjoy.
